At Zonarex, we strive to provide the best advertising experience for our users. Since our services are limited to advertisement placement, membership subscriptions, and promotions, please review our refund policy below:
– Membership Subscriptions: All membership subscriptions are non-refusable and non-refundable.
– Promotions: All promotion purchases (Top Ad, Feature Ad, Bumper Ad, Combo Ad, etc.) are non-refusable and non-refundable.
– Advertisement Placement: Since ads are posted immediately upon payment confirmation, advertisement placement fees are non-refundable.
No Refunds for:
– Incorrect payments or accidental payments
– Change of mind or dissatisfaction with services
– Membership or promotion upgrades/downgrades
Exceptions:
– In rare cases of technical errors or platform malfunctions resulting in duplicate payments or failed services, we’ll review and process refunds on a case-by-case basis.
